This exciting project - funded by the Bournemouth University Fusion Fund and in association with University of Bedfordshire - aims to create an new and innovative event evaluation tool, the Festival Impact Monitor. festIM will utilise content shared on social media by event attendees, performers and organisers to create and share real time reviews of events and festivals.
